During the spring, Veritas developed its online service on the basis of feedback from customers. The online service now provides access, for example, to information about pensions or benefits in payment.
“The online service for private customers enables easier access, for example, to information concerning pension or benefit payments. The information includes the pension sum and payment date for the current and previous month as well as information about the next upcoming payment”, says Jonas Saari, Planning Manager at Veritas.

Our online service enables you to:
- apply for pension or rehabilitation
- view information related to your pension or benefit payments
- send secure messages and attachments to Veritas
- apply for compensation for travel expenses related to rehabilitation
- report bank account changes
- view your online pension record and pension estimate
- order an earnings-related pension card or certificate stating the amount of your benefits
You will need personal online banking codes or a mobile certificate to log in to the online service.
