The period of notice is one calendar month and begins at the end of the month in which you submit your termination notice to Veritas. In other words, when you terminate the lease agreement, the agreement will end on the last day of the following calendar month.
The termination notice must always be submitted in writing and must be signed by all flat tenants. The completed notice form can be sent to Veritas as an email attachment. Once we receive your notice form, you will receive a confirmation message and further instructions.

Final cleaning of the rental flat
Before leaving, you must do a thorough cleaning of your flat. If the flat is not cleaned or the cleaning is insufficient, we will order a cleaning company to carry out the final cleaning. In this case, the cleaning expenses will be paid by you as tenant.

Final inspection of the rental flat
Any damage noted during the final inspection will be documented. If the flat needs repairs, we will deduct the repair costs from your security deposit. You will not, however, be liable for any expenses accrued as a result of normal wear and tear.
Returning flat keys
At the end of the lease agreement, all keys to the flat must be returned to the lock shop handling our key management. The keys must be returned by the last day of the lease agreement.
If all keys are not returned, the tenant will be charged for the cost of new keys and the rekeying of the locks.
