Where can I find information about the rental flats that are currently available?
All of our available flats are listed in the Vuokraovi online service. You can also contact us directly and enquire about available properties.
What is the rental process?
The rental flat applications serve as the basis for the tenant selections and leasing process. We check the information concerning all applicants from the credit register.
Once you have submitted your rental flat application, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a showing of a suitable flat. If you are interested in renting the flat and your application is approved, we will draw up a lease agreement that you can sign electronically using your online banking codes. Usually, our lease agreements start on the first day of the month.
What is the duration of the lease agreement?
The agreement is a non-fixed-term lease agreement with a one month period of notice for the tenant. If the lesser terminates the lease, the period of notice for the lease agreement is six months assuming that the tenancy has lasted a minimum of one year. Otherwise, the period of notice is three months.
Security deposit
The security deposit for flats is equivalent to two months’ rent. It needs to be paid before moving to the apartment.
When can I move into the flat?
You can move into your future home on the starting date of the lease agreement. The keys can be picked up from the lock shop handling our key management in Turku or Helsinki, depending on the location of the flat.
