Elina Fogelholm, future CEO of Veritas, started working at Veritas on 9 December 2025.
Fogelholm joined Veritas from Danske Bank, where she worked as Head of Business Customers Finland.

“It’s great to start now and properly get acquainted with Veritas’ operations. I have already met some of the personnel and I am looking forward to building the future together with this team,” Fogelholm says.
Fogelholm has worked as Director of Major Accounts at the pension insurance company Varma and held several executive positions at Nordea.

Veritas’s role as a pension company is to ensure pension security and contribute to creating the foundation for a sustainable economy in Finland. The pension reform brings significant changes that are intended to improve the sustainability of the pension system, also for future generations.”
Fogelholm will officially step into the position of CEO in spring 2026 once the induction period has ended. Tommy Sandås, Chief Financial Officer at Veritas, will serve as interim CEO until the end of the induction period.
