Would you like to receive your YEL invoices electronically?
Choose the option that suits you best:
- Make an agreement with your chosen e-invoice operator or bank to receive e-invoices.
- Provide us with your company’s e-invoicing details in the online service. You’ll find the invoicing information under Insurance details in the section Contact details and invoicing.
- Manage your invoices through the Kivra service.
Kivra digital mail service
If you wish, you can receive, pay, and archive your YEL invoices electronically in the Kivra digital mail service. Using Kivra is free of charge.
You will always receive a notification from Kivra when a new invoice arrives and when the due date is approaching.
Here’s how to start using Kivra:
- Go to kivra.fi or download the Kivra app from your phone’s app store.
- Register with your online banking credentials or mobile certificate.
- That’s it! Your next YEL invoice from Veritas will automatically be delivered to Kivra.
