Have you ever attended a leadership training or team workshop and wondered, “What was that actually based on?” Or questioned whether that recruitment personality test really tells you anything useful?
In this eye-opening and practical webinar, hosted by Veritas and the research project Pseudoscience in Finnish Working Life, we’ll take a critical look at management theories and organizational consultancy practices – the good, the questionable, and the downright misleading.
Learn how to tell the difference between solid, evidence-based approaches and methods that only sound scientific.
We’ll explore two key questions:
- Can a method based on weak or questionable theory still work – and why?
- Should organizations invest in tools and training that aren’t backed by science?
Join us to sharpen your critical thinking and make better decisions in organizational development.
Who should attend?
Leaders, HR professionals, consultants, coaches and anyone interested in creating meaningful, research-informed change at work.
