In the online service for private customers, you can view your pension information and apply for pension.
YEL and TyEL customers
Log in using your online banking codes or a mobile certificate.
Private customers
Take the Veritas online service into use
You automatically gain access to the Veritas online service when you become our customer. You can log in to the online service using either your online banking codes or a mobile certificate.
You can also apply for access rights to the online service for yourself or another user, for example, for payroll personnel in your company or your accountant.
YEL customers
Through the online service you can:
- print out YEL certificates
- make changes to your YEL income
- apply for an extended payment period
- update your own contact information
- change the invoicing interval
- contact your own insurance adviser.
Private customers
In the online service you can for example:
- apply for pension or vocational rehabilitation
- securely send messages and attached files
- view your pension record and pension estimates
- see payment details for your pension or benefit
- notify of a changed bank account number
- claim compensation for travel expenses for vocational rehabilitation.
TyEL customers
Through the online service you can:
- download TyEL certificate
- check your TyEL notifications
- pay invoices
- apply for an extended payment period
- download an annual summary of TyEL invoices
- update contact details
- contact your own insurance adviser.
