EPSI Rating: Corporate customers appreciate Veritas’ personal service

3.11.2025, News and press releases

According to a recent study by research organization EPSI Rating, Veritas’ corporate customers value the company’s personal and approachable service.

The study examined corporate customers’ views on pension insurance companies and their services.

Among pension insurers, Veritas received the highest scores in areas related to customer contact – for example, how customers perceived the help they received, the quality of service, and the professionalism of customer service representatives.

“Veritas’ customers were the most satisfied with their dedicated contact person. At Veritas, every customer is assigned their own contact person regardless of the size of the company,” says Chief Customer Officer Michael Isaksson.

The study also revealed that Veritas still has room for improvement in terms of proactivity and initiative. According to EPSI, customers expect a more proactive approach and more frequent communication.

“One of Veritas’ values is ‘constantly improving.’ Based on the feedback, we plan to develop our operations further and focus more on being proactive and taking initiative in our customer relations. We will also explore in more detail what kinds of expectations and wishes our customers have.”

According to Isaksson, the results are nevertheless encouraging.

“Veritas had the highest number of promoters in the study and also shared the top position in the question asking which pension insurance company the respondents could consider switching to.”
