10.6.2025, News and press releases

Scam messages impersonating Veritas have been circulating, aiming to steal recipients’ banking credentials.

The content of scam messages can vary. In some cases, recipients are asked to urgently settle an outstanding insurance contribution.

If you suspect you’ve received a scam message, follow these steps:

  • Do not click on any links or log in to services via the message.
  • If you have accidentally visited a phishing site and entered your banking credentials, contact your bank immediately.

The number of scam messages has increased recently, and they can appear very convincing. If you are unsure about the authenticity of a message, you can always contact Veritas’ customer service.
