Due to a human error, Veritas was included in a bankruptcy listing published today.
“It was a human mistake made during the data registration stage. Veritas had filed for the bankruptcy of a client company, but our own business ID was accidentally entered instead. The information has now been corrected, but it has resulted in numerous inquiries to us,” says Veritas’ acting CEO, Tommy Sandås.
The incorrect information has caused confusion among customers and partners.
“Fortunately, the issue was resolved quickly, but situations like this always raise questions. We will also communicate directly with our customers about the matter.”
