Administration and organisation

Veritas Pension Insurance is a non-listed limited liability company.

Our administration and management practices are founded on the regulations concerning the governing of pension insurance companies, insurance companies and limited liability companies as well as on our articles of association.

As applicable, we comply with the Corporate Governance Code issued by the Securities Market Association.

Through good corporate governance, we ensure transparent administration and activities and efficient ownership steering. As a small and reliable actor, we make the pension scheme even more diverse.

Labour market parties hold a key role in the employment pension scheme and its development. For this reason, they are closely involved in the administration of pension companies.

Administration and management of Veritas
