We take care of the pension cover of over 130 000 people and pay out more than EUR 0.8 billion in pensions annually. We invest pension assets profitably and securely.
Veritas’ year 2024
Veritas’ strong growth continued in 2024. The company gained a record number of new customers, and sales increased by more than 50 per cent compared to the previous year.
Customer satisfaction
We provide personal service and are committed to excellent customer care. This is also reflected in our customers’ feedback. In 2024, our customer service received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 71.
The NPS (Net Promoter Score) is a widely used metric for measuring customer satisfaction. In an NPS survey, customers are asked how likely they are to recommend Veritas or Veritas’ services. An NPS score above 50 is generally considered excellent.
