Veritas sells residential properties to Slättö’s private equity fund

Pension insurance company Veritas is selling five residential properties to a fund managed by private equity real estate firm Slättö. The properties will be transferred to the new owner on 11 June 2026.
EPSI Rating survey: customers are even more satisfied with Veritas

The customer satisfaction of Veritas’ employer customers has improved from last year. In the survey conducted by EPSI Rating, the index figure signifying Veritas’ customer satisfaction was 72.6, which is 4.7 points more than in the autumn industry survey.
Veritas’ administrative cost component will decrease next year

The administrative cost component collected as part of the TyEL contribution will decrease next year. The component will be reduced by an average of 10.5 per cent and as much as 18.9 per cent for our smallest customers.
YEL income reviews will continue in the autumn

The Self-employed Persons’ Pensions Act (YEL) obliges pension insurance companies to review the YEL income of self-employed persons regularly, at intervals of three years. Veritas will launch the next review round during the autumn.
Interest on TyEL insurance contributions to increase at the beginning of July

The insurance contribution interest rate used in the compounding of TyEL insurance contributions will increase to 2.7 per cent at the beginning of July. The interest rate has been 2.2 per cent during the first half of the year.
