Carl Haglund will be officially assuming his position as the CEO of Veritas today on 15 June 2022. Haglund was appointed Veritas’ CEO last year and commenced working for the company in October 2021. Haglund has been working as a member of the Executive Group and has simultaneously completed the induction programme devised by the company.
The Financial Supervisory Authority assessed Haglund’s competence in June 2022 and declared that his competence meets the requirements set for a CEO.
Veritas’ CFO Tommy Sandås has been acting as the CEO during Haglund’s induction period. Sandås will be continuing his work as Veritas’ CFO and deputy CEO.
