Are you interested in investing and quantitative analysis? We are seeking a summer intern enthusiastic about data analysis and statistical modelling to be part of our ten-person investment team.
In your work, you will participate in quantitative analysis projects related to portfolio management and develop investment and reporting tools.
What kind of competence do we expect from you?
We hope you have
- good knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis
- basic knowledge of investment markets and various investment instruments
- good MS Excel skills as well as experience in R or Python programming
In addition, basic concepts of responsible investing and knowledge of data visualization are beneficial.
We hope that you have previous work experience from similar tasks or relevant academic expertise. You are capable of independent data collection and problem solving and have good teamwork skills. You communicate fluently in English, but you also have a fair knowledge either in Swedish or Finnish.

The duration of the internship may be agreed flexibly from May to August. The investment team is based at our Helsinki office on Pohjoisesplanadi, and you will report to our CIO Kari Vatanen.
