The invoice reminder and collection services of Veritas Pension Insurance will be handled by OK Perintä from the start of 2023.
“As a result of this new partnership, we will be able to offer even better and more adept service to entrepreneurs and companies whose invoices are overdue and who are in need of payment arrangements,” states Staffan Åberg, Chief Customer Officer at Veritas.
According to Åberg, it was essential for Veritas to find a co-operative partner that shared the same values and thoughts concerning quality customer service work.
“We want to ensure that we retain the customer-focused and personal approach that our customers appreciate, also when it comes to the management of pension contributions. The current level of support and flexibility with payments provided to our customers will continue, even though the responsibility for the reminders will now be handled by OK Laskutuspalvelu, which is a reminder service by OK Perintä.”
Our aim is to react as quickly as possible to our customers’ situations and try to work together with them to find solutions that work.
In terms of invoices that have not yet fallen due, customers can request payment extensions through Veritas’ online service or by calling their personal contact person directly.
“It is possible to discuss and organise payment issues with the contact person in advance. If there is a need for additional payment time, this can be arranged before an invoice has fallen due.”
