Pension Insurance Company Veritas and Nordea have agreed on the financing of the direct real estate investments of Veritas. The agreement is related to the pension reform that will allow more extensive use of borrowed capital in direct real estate investments. The reform will enter into force on 1 July 2026.

In reality, however, the majority of couriers carry out their work as independent contractors, and these court rulings have not turned them into employees. How is this possible?
